Sid and Chand Sahrawat bought the 图标ic 法国咖啡馆 in September 2018 from its previous owners Simon Wright and Creghan Molloy-Wright. They intend to honour the more than 20 year old legacy handed over to them and maintain the high standards of food and service The 法国咖啡馆 has become known for.

席德在法国咖啡馆 is an independently owned, 家族企业, just like Sid and Chand's other renowned restaurants Sidart and Cassia.
